KURT Gidley is back in the Warrington Wolves squad for the trip to Castleford on Sunday.

Gidley, 34, has been missing with a hamstring injury but has been included in Tony Smith’s 19-man squad.

It is the penultimate game of the regular Super League season, before the top eight split away to play each other over seven rounds.

Both Warrington and Castleford are guaranteed a top eight place, with the Wolves guaranteed a top four finish going in to the Super 8s.

Hull KR’s defeat at Hull last night means that the Wolves seven opponents for the Super 8s have now all been confirmed – with Widnes and Wakefield joining Wigan, Hull, Catalans and St Helens.

Warrington will be looking to avenge the comeback defeat against Castleford at Magic Weekend when they travel to The Jungle.

Warrington 19-man squad: Atkins, Bailey, Clark, Currie, Dwyer, R Evans, Gidley, Hill, Hughes, G King, T King, Lineham, Penny, Ratchford, Russell, Sandow, Sims, Westerman, Westwood.
