Police seek man who grabbed teenage girl

POLICE in Warrington today appealed for the public’s help in tracing a youth who tried to grab a teenage girl as she walked across a park.  
The 17-year-old girl got the number 21 bus from Warrington bus station and got off at Hallfields Road on the morning of Thursday June 6 between 8.10am and 08.35am.
As she walked across Orford Park towards Orford Jubilee Hub, the man approached her from behind and grabbed her left arm forcefully, attempting to pull her towards the bushes.
At that instant a cyclist arrived on the scene and the man let go of the girl and made off towards Orford Jubilee Hub.
The man is described as being between 18-20 years old, around 5ft 3 inches tall, with a dark brown fringe and a heavily red, spotted complexion. He was wearing a full grey tracksuit with a hood and a white t-shirt underneath.
