Where there’s a Will, there’s a Way!

SOLICITORS across Warrington are showing their support for St Rocco’s Hospice as part of National Will Week starting today Monday (May 16).

If you’ve been thinking of making a will now might be just the time. During this week local solicitors at different locations in Warrington will offer a will writing service in exchange for a donation to St Rocco’s.

And gifts in wills are so important to safeguard the future of hospice care in Warrington as St Rocco’s Matron Alison White explains: “People who leave a gift in their Will to St Rocco’s leave a lasting legacy. No matter how big or small, their gift makes a huge difference. With running costs of over £3.5 million each year, the Hospice relies on the generosity of Warrington people to keep its doors open. In the last few years gifts in wills have provided the funding to care for around one in seven of our patients here in Warrington”.

St Rocco’s is also thrilled that SSE Fiddlers Ferry is supporting Will Week this and would like to thank the participating solicitors, FDR Law, Watsons, Steels and Fiona Bruce Solicitors who are donating their time and expertise to write a standard will in exchange for a donation to St Rocco’s Hospice. For more information on will week contact the hospice [email protected] or call the Fundraising team at St Rocco’s on 01925 575780.
