AN unattended grill pan started a kitchen fire at a house in Warrington last night.
The blaze was at a property in Hillock Lane, Woolston and fire engines from Warrington and Stockton Heath went to the scene.
Firefighters tackled the blaze which had been caused by a grill which had been turned on and left unattended.
Crews isolated the gas supply from outside the property and then checked the house was clear of fire and smoke.
There were no reports of injuries.
