STUDENTS from years 7-13 at Great Sankey High School are staging a production of the Queen musical “We Will Rock You.”
The story is set in a happy Ga Ga world –iplanet, a place that was once earth, where musical instruments are banned and everyone wears the same fashion, listens to the same music and has the same ideas.
But, there is a movement, a group of kids who believe in a world without manufactured hits and boy and girl bands where they can form their own bands and write their own songs…
The musical was penned by Ben Elton and is packed full of sing-along Queen hits and is guaranteed to be a great night out.
Performances take place this week on Tues 23/11, Weds 24/11 and Thurs 25/11 at 7pm tickets priced £5 adults and £3 children please contact school reception to book your seat.
