Four injured following collision between bus and van

FOUR people were injured following a collision between a bus and a van at Orford, Warrington this morning (Saturday).

The collision occured at Statham Avenue at 7.53am and firefighters had a to rescue a man who was trapped in the van.

Three people were also injured on the bus and the crews gave initial first aid until paramedics arrived.

Firefighters released the man from the van who was then handed into the care of the paramedics.
