FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a blaze involving a large amount of refuse on waste ground in Southworth Avenue, Bewsey, Warrington.
One hose reel was used to extinguish the flames.
In another incident over the weekend one hose reel was used to extinguish a fire involving refuse at the back of a property in Cavendish close, Warrington, while firefighters also used a hose reel to extinguish a small fire in a hedge row at Red Lane, Warrington.
