Police probe arson attack at Latchford

POLICE are investigating after arsonists set fire to a skip on the driveway of a house in Mersey Walk, Latchford, Warrington.
Fire crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze and there was no damage to the house.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police on 101 or the confidential Crimestoppers hotline on 0800 555 111.
In another incident, firefighters extinguished a blaze involving a quantity of rubbish in a field off Grasmere Avenue, Orford, Warrington.
