People are being encouraged to send in their shots via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram with the best ones shared across the council’s social media sites.
Each month, the #snapwarrington campaign will have a theme and up until  July 15 it is parks and open spaces.
Hitesh Patel, the council’s lead member for personnel and communications, said: “Our social media channels provide an instant and free way for residents to report issues and interact with us.
“The #snapwarrington campaign is off to a great start and I would like to thank everyone who has sent in their photos. The Pinterest album we have created showcases Warrington at its best and helps us to promote our town as a place we can all be proud of.”
