Elan Homes looking to build on success

NICHE developer Elan Homes is set to build more than 100 new properties across the North West, including Warrington, as it looks to cement its reputation for building in desirable locations.
The company is nearing a sell-out at several developments across the region and is hoping to build on that success with forthcoming sites in Warrington, Stockport, Kelsall and Tarporley.
The firm is also keen to acquire additional land with development potential to enable its continued growth.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “We’re down to single figures at five of our current outlets.
“Demand for new homes in the Walton area of Warrington is such that we’ve already started taking ‘early bird’ reservations for properties at Hall Gardens ahead of the homes going on release in late summer.
An intimate gated development of just 14 homes, Hall Gardens will offer four and five-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,759 sq ft to 2,100 sq ft.
“Location is as important to us as it is for our customers when we’re choosing where to build. We carefully consider who would want to live in an area and why before liaising with the local planning authority with a view to securing permission to build new homes and starting work at the earliest opportunity,” Marie adds.
Anyone with land available with development potential is asked to contact Elan via the website www.elan-homes.co.uk/land-enquiries.
