LYMM Golf Club captain John Christian, members and staff helped raise nearly £6,000 for Warrington based charity Brainwave.
John is pictured proudly receiving a Certificate of Thanks from Joanne Freeman, Community Fundraising Manager for Brainwave, to thank them for their wonderful contribution to the Charity.
During his year as Captain, John and the team have raised over £5,900 for the organisation via a number of activities including a Charity Golf Day.  The Golf Club has supported a huge number of local and national Charities over the years.
John and Joanne would like to thank  all those who have contributed to making it a very successful  year and for helping to ensure that the children and families that Brainwave work with receive the very best of care and treatment.
Brainwave, based in Birchwood, works with children who suffer significant developmental delay helping them reach their potential and thus greater independence.  Therapists work to improve mobility, communication skills and learning development via a range of educational and physical programmes , each programmed being totally unique to the specific child’s needs.
If you would like further information about the work that Brainwave does or if you would like to help raise funds for the charity then please contact Joanne at [email protected]
