WARRINGTON-based accountants Walker Begley are supporting Stockton Heath’s 2012 Festival, which runs July 12-15, as one of its main business sponsors.
Walker Begley provides accountancy and business support services to large and small companies throughout the region and moved to support the festival recognising the value it brings to the area commercially and to the wider community.
Director Kevin Begley, said: “It’s great that Walker Begley can be associated with the Stockton Heath Festival; a lot of our business is done in the area and as previous events have been a tremendous success in attracting victors locally and from the much wider area, I know how important the festival is to the local Community. When we heard the festival needed main sponsors, we jumped at the opportunity.”
Deborah Cook, Festival Secretary said: “Many people are under the impression that the Festival is put on by the Council, at the expense of tax payers, this is not the case. Without vital sponsorship from local companies such as Walker Begley to help fund event there simply wouldn’t be a Festival.”
The Stockton Heath Festival is a four-day event that aims to celebrate all things great in relation to local talent, arts and culture, with the primary aim of bringing the community together.
