Demolition disgrace

0

I grew up in Stockton Heath but moved to America 4 years ago.
In comparing the two countries, it is always nice to note how rich England is in history.
We have a blend of new buildings, showing our moves forward, but then we have the historical buildings, showing where we came from.
I have read with keen interest the on-going debate with regards to the demolition of Stockton Heath Primary School.
This building is a landmark within the Village. To think that the Council has now decided to knock the building down is an utter disgrace. I am completely ashamed of them and I am glad that I no longer pay any council taxes to support them and their disgraceful ideas.
